Most people see their therapist either weekly or fortnightly for 50-minute sessions. I like to meet with my clients face-to-face in my South Yarra office, but I’m happy to work with you online or even over the phone if that’s the better option. My fees are $150 per session. 

As I’m a psychotherapist, a GP referral isn’t necessary, and government rebates are not currently available. My fees are roughly the same as you seeing a psychologist and receiving the Medicare rebate. Notably, Medicare rebates are generally only available for ten sessions per year. So, if you’re looking for a longer-term therapeutic relationship, seeing an accredited psychotherapist may be your better option. 

Also, if you’re unable to make a scheduled time, I ask that you give me at least 24 hours’ notice, otherwise I will have to charge the full fee.
